Evans Agembo

Evans Agembo is a PhD researcher at Massey University, New Zealand, specializing in climate change, animal and nutritional sciences, and environmental sustainability. His research focuses on using innovative solutions to combat enteric emissions in Sub-Saharan Africa, addressing the intersection of livestock production, greenhouse gas mitigation, and sustainable food systems.

As a Research Fellow at the Centre for Epistemic Justice Foundation, Evans is engaged in transdisciplinary research exploring gender, equity, and social justice in AI and emerging technologies, particularly within agrifood systems. His work integrates climate adaptation strategies, sustainable nutrition, and environmental policy, ensuring that technological advancements in agriculture are inclusive and beneficial to marginalized communities.
