Dr. Eucabeth Majiwa is an agricultural economist and has a rich research and academic experience in agricultural value chains and the power asymmetries thereof. She has a PhD in agricultural economics from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. Her key interests are in research that helps strengthen agriculture and agri-food systems among communities. Majiwa has done research on technology adoption in agri-food system, livelihoods, and the ecosystem. She is also involved in research on climate smart agriculture and market linkages and identified gaps and recommended measures for strengthening the agri-food systems.
